License to Use: Business

License is for one publication only (e.g. print brochure, newspaper, magazine booklet, etc), or one Web site (e.g. http://yoursite.com). License term is for the life of your web site or publication, and is not transferable to another publication or Web site. Removing this term (via surcharge noted above) provides you unlimited use of the picture, though it is non-transferable.

At the footer, near the picture, in fine print, or wherever appropriate, must be a small note indicating the photograph is copyright protected (i.e. Picture ©2018 mdmPix.com). This doesn't have to be linked (if applicable). The word "Picture" doesn't have to be mentioned if the copyright statement is near the photograph.

One single print of this picture may be produced without this rule applying: License is NOT for printing and distributing the picture solely (e.g. as a postcard, photographic print). The picture must be included within a broader publication.
