Silver Cholla Cactus
Native to the Sonoran Desert of western Arizona, southern Nevada, and southeast California, the Silver Cholla grows up to five feet in height. It is bushy with a short trunk and covered with white or yellow sheaths that led to its name. Silver Cholla's can be found between 1,000 and 5,000 feet in elevation.
